- If you receive a message stating your Password is incorrect, then click here for a password reminder.
- If you receive a message stating your Email Address is not found in our Database, perhaps you
have registered your Penpal Profile with another Email Address. If not, you
will need to create a new penpal profile
WE DO NOT DELETE PENPAL PROFILES
- You can hide your penpal profile from the penpal search results, by first logging into your
account, and from the left hand side, under the Scottish Penpals Menu, click on the link that reads
"Your Profile Details". Under the section titled "Your Penpal Profile Details Administration, you will
be able to "hide" or "display" your penpal profile in the penpal search results.
